IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. At mrjacollective.com, most pieces are made-to-order or crafted in small batches.
    Delivery typically takes 7–20 working days depending on the product ordered. International deliveries typically require an additional 2–3 working days, depending on the destination.
    For clarity, please refer to each product page for shipping timelines specific to that item.
  2. Our working hours are Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Orders are not processed on weekends or Indian public holidays.
  3. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to reroute orders once dispatched.
  4. We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver orders.
    Depending on your delivery pincode, we may ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Borzo, DTDC, DHL, and others as required. Delivery-related communication may be sent directly by our logistics partners on our behalf.
  5. Free shipping within India is applicable on orders above ₹10,000.
  6. For international orders, we work closely with our logistics partners to minimise customs-related delays. However, MRJĀ Collective is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
  7. Additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be levied at the destination country. These charges are borne by the customer.
  8. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

INSURANCE

MRJĀ Collective ensures every purchase during transit until it is delivered to you.

A signature upon delivery marks the transfer of responsibility for your order.

If the shipment is addressed to someone other than you (for example, as a gift), the signature at that address will be considered valid proof of delivery by mrjacollective.com.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination and must be borne by the customer.

  • GST is applicable on all domestic (India) orders.
  • International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices exclude import duties, customs charges, and local taxes.

As the recipient, you are responsible for any duties or taxes required to release your order from customs in your country.

We are unable to estimate these amounts as they vary by region.

RETURN POLICY

  • MRJA COLLECTIVES PVT LTD is very careful about product quality while processing orders. So we strictly do not encourage refunds.
  • However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. 
  • The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
