Shipping & Returns

Packaging:

• At MRJA COLLECTIVES PVT LTD, how we pack is as important as what we pack.
• We use recycled paper bags with reusable butter paper. 
• We have a strict plastic free and zero-waste packaging policy.
• The brand cards are made from handmade paper and recycled paper. They are eco-friendly.

Order Confirmation:

• You will receive an email confirming your order.
• Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. 
• For any issues in utilising our services you may contact our helpdesk on or info@mrjacollective.com.
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
• However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Shipping Policy:

• MRJA COLLECTIVES PVT LTD carefully curated brands which come under slow fashion bracket. 
• Our products are shipped from our Bangalore office through-out India and shipment is free of cost within India.
• Each garment is custom made once the order is placed. So we have different timelines for each brand depending on the amount of work our weavers, artisans and tailors put into the piece. 
• Roughly we take 10-40 days to ship each piece depending on the amount of work that goes into it and availability of other raw materials. 

Return Policy:

• MRJA COLLECTIVES PVT LTD is very careful about product quality while processing orders. So we strictly do not encourage refunds.
• However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. 
• The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
